Private lessons are tailored to each student for a maximized learning experience. In these 2 hour and 30-minute lessons your child will learn a handful of cake decorating skills that can be applied to their own custom cakes. Each lesson includes airbrushing in edible paints!
Alien Cake
In this private lesson your child will learn how to sculpt an alien out of rice crispy treats and airbrush it in their color of choice. They will also learn how to airbrush a cool galaxy design on their pre-iced cake, work with fondant and how to pipe icing using a grass tip.
Ice Cream Cake
In this private lesson your child will learn how to sculpt a scoop of ice cream out of rice crispy treats, airbrush a pre-iced cake, apply a royal icing drip and pipe additional ice cream scoops with a shell piping tip.
Taco Cake
In this private lesson your child will learn how to ice and airbrush a cake into a taco! They will also learn how to make sugar tomatoes and cheese out of fondant and lettuce out of wafer (edible) paper.
Ornament Cake
In this 2 hour cake class your child will learn how to ice and cover their pre-sliced cakes in fondant before learning how to airbrush, hand paint and add fondant detailing to their final cake design. A variety of fondant molds and edible decorations will be provided to encourage individual creativity.
